All Shipments
HK Refurbished Stock inventory ships from our Hong Kong facility via FedEx Express.
You are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses and any special delivery requirements. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided by customers.
All shipments are FOB Hong Kong (Incoterms 2020). Risk of loss and title transfer to you when FedEx or other logistics provider of your choice collects the package from our Hong Kong facility.
Shipping rates are quoted by our sales team based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Rates may change at our discretion based on FedEx pricing and market conditions.
Delivery Timeframes:

International Shipments
You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and compliance with destination country regulations.

Insurance and Liability
Shipments are not insured unless you arrange separate insurance coverage independently.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once collected by FedEx. Any insurance claims or carrier disputes are your responsibility.
We are responsible for accurate packaging and proper handover to logistics provider. You are responsible for all aspects of the shipment once the shipment has been accepted and acceptance has been documented by the logistics provider.
