Among the various grades, our “NEW A+++” grade stock stands out as the only reliable, like-new option with excellent WARRANTY to back it up, while most other grades used in the industry are generally interchangeable and of lower quality. Clear understanding of these terms and grades is essential for informed purchasing decisions.

CPO, or Certified Pre-Owned, refers to devices that have been refurbished and certified by the manufacturer or an authorized partner, typically in excellent condition BUT with minimal wear and often accompanied by a warranty. In contrast, AS, or “As Is” stock, denotes devices sold without any warranty or guarantee, potentially with significant cosmetic or functional issues, placing all risk on the buyer. Meanwhile, 14 Day return stock consists of devices returned within 14 days of purchase, usually due to buyer’s remorse or minor issues, and are generally in near-new condition but may lack the original warranty. In reality of course, “14 day” period can extend itself to months and years in some instances.

Grades A and A+ are commonly used by wholesalers to describe used iPhones in excellent or near-new condition, but the absence of industry-wide standardization creates opportunities for sellers to exploit buyers. Many wholesalers take advantage of this ambiguity by mixing lower-quality Grade B devices—often with noticeable cosmetic or functional flaws—into batches labeled as A or A+. By marketing these as premium grades, they can charge higher prices and boost their profit margins. Without clear, consistent definitions, buyers risk overpaying for devices that fail to meet the expected standards, making it critical to verify quality and demand transparency from sellers to avoid being misled.
